With the advances in modern medicine, much of the care previously requiring a hospital stay can be done in the comfort of your home. The goal of Home Care is to educate the patient and their family on the condition of the patient, and together help the patient become self reliant.
We serve all people no matter the age.
The benefits of Home Care include:
- Skilled Nursing
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
The Home Care Connection and Hospice Services, Inc cares about our patients and we understand that having a new individual come into your home can be intimidating. We attempt to keep the same nurses, aides, and therapists assigned to the same patients.
How do I receive services?
You can receive services by simply talking to your doctor. If you and your doctor feel that home care is in your best interest, give us a call and together we can help you move in the right direction.
Or:
You can call our office and one of our nurses will be happy to come and do a free evaluation of care. Together we can talk with your doctor about your personal in-home care.
Who pays for Home Care?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many private insurances.
